General
Moringa is a popular Asian vegetable that will soon makes its way into western grocery stores — at least I hope so. Chances are you currently won't find this vegetable in your local grocery store except possibly in some Asian and/or Indian stores.
Moringa grows like a weed in Asia and is not the easiest vegetable to juice due the extremely small size of the leaves. Nonetheless, there are many wonderful benefits to moringa.
Moringa is the English name but in the Philippines, moringa is known as "malunggay" while in the Indian subcontinent, moringa is known as "sajina".
While I have only eaten the vegetables (leaves), you can also eat the fruit of the moringa plant.
Moringa literally grows like a weed and most people just pick it fresh. The leaves are small but the branches are firm. So all you do is grab the branches gently, slide your hand down the branch and the leaves just fall off.
If you ever travel to a country like the Philippines, then all of the locals will tell you that malunggay is loaded with iron — which is true as malunggay (moringa) has more iron than spinach, but that's not all. Moringa has more calcium than most other well known source of calcium, there is more potassium in moringa than in bananas, there is more vitamin C than in oranges and more vitamin A than in carrots.
Truly, moringa is an exceptionally nutritious food although it is, admittedly, difficult to juice due to its small size.

Have you been wanting to do hatha yoga (stretching) but have found it either too difficult or you are not that flexible? If yes, and even if no, watch Jesse do some pure hatha yoga routines.
Unlike flow yoga
, each pose in pure or traditional hatha yoga is held for a few minutes. While holding the pose, you focus the mind on the stretch. When you focus the mind, that's when you find silence.
Jesse is not flexible — never has been and probably never will be flexible like others. But it doesn't matter. In pure hatha yoga, how flexible you are makes no difference. It's all about loving the pose and focussing the mind on the stretch.
If you want to learn pure hatha yoga, now you can by following Jesse on a series of hatha yoga routines.
