Freshness Test
Cilantro is easily grown by yourself.
Look for dark green leaves. The darker the leaves, the more chlorophyll there is.
Important
Due to the fact that Cilantro is a green juice, you will find it beneficial to have no more than about ¼ of your juice consisting of green juice.
Cilantro should never be drunk by itself as it can be powerful.
Cilantro is very concentrated and so I try not use to any more than 1 ounce in every 8 ounce glass.
General
I simply love the flavor and taste of Cilantro juice. It's like I am having a Thai soup when in fact, I am having juice!
Cilantro is said to remove (chelate) heavy metals. Thus the reason why cilantro is used in some chelation products. People who have had mercury fillings, as an example, may therefore find some cilantro juice beneficial.
While many people use intravenous chelation therapy, this should be avoided unless absolutely necessary. Each time the vein is literally punctured, the vein essentially scars and can eventually collapse. Many "health care professionals" do intravenous chelation therapy because it is a money maker. Sad to say, it can also do some harm to the vein. If you are considering chelation therapy then first consider some oral chelation therapy approaches which do not harm the veins. In emergency cases, intravenous methods are essential and so the scarring of the vein is a small price to pay when compared to the quicker results.
As the old saying goes, "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure" and so some cilantro juice can potentially help in a preventative manner, but if you feel you need more assistance then consider the oral chelation approach or the intravenous cheltation approach if you need quicker results.
When a doctor becomes a doctor, they take the Hippocratic oath which states "do no harm". However, in many cases, profit motivates the health care professional to do things such as intravenous chelation therapy, when other approaches are available (but with a lower profit).

Have you been wanting to do hatha yoga (stretching) but have found it either too difficult or you are not that flexible? If yes, and even if no, watch Jesse do some pure hatha yoga routines.
Unlike flow yoga
, each pose in pure or traditional hatha yoga is held for a few minutes. While holding the pose, you focus the mind on the stretch. When you focus the mind, that's when you find silence.
Jesse is not flexible — never has been and probably never will be flexible like others. But it doesn't matter. In pure hatha yoga, how flexible you are makes no difference. It's all about loving the pose and focussing the mind on the stretch.
If you want to learn pure hatha yoga, now you can by following Jesse on a series of hatha yoga routines.
